Are My Items Safe While In Your Possession?
Yes. Once in our facilities, items are stored safely in appropriately rated vaults with video surveillance and 24 hour central alarm station monitoring. Is It Safe To Send Items Through The Mail?
Yes. Your items travel registered, insured through the US Postal system. The package is tracked through the entire process until it reaches our facilities. This is the exact same insured method that the entire jewelry industry uses to transport shipments from one destination to another. Who Pays For Shipping?
Upon your acceptance of our quotation, payment will be rendered immediately in US funds, plus we will refund the appropriate shipping costs. What's The Shipping Process?
Ship your item(s) to us via insured post with delivery confirmation. There is no need to include jewelry boxes, unless shipping a fine Swiss watch that is accompanied by its original packaging. Simply place each item in a sealable plastic bag and bubble wrap any delicate items as needed. When insuring an item for $1000 or more, we strongly recommend you ship using Registered Mail via the United States Postal Service. It is safe and affordable. When we receive the item(s), we will contact you with our final offer via email or phone. If you accept, payment will go out ASAP. What’s The Payment Process?
Immediate payment will be rendered for all in-person transactions. For mail-in transactions, a check will be mailed out immediately upon acceptance of our final quotation. Unlike many competitors, we do not simply mail you a check upon receipt of your item(s). We give you the opportunity to accept our final offer, prior to receiving your payment. Final offers are communicated via email or phone typically within 2-4 hours from the time your merchandise is received. Overnight payment and electronic payments via Paypal™ or direct bank wire transfers can be arranged as well. If for any reason you choose not to accept our offer of purchase, we will return your item(s) at once using a safe and insured method at our expense.

Why Not Sell At Auction?
There are many reasons that selling at auction may not be right for you. Many bidders never pay, there are upfront fees in addition to commissions owed after the sale, and there are logistics issues, fraudulent payment scams and much more.

Do You Remove Stones When Pricing Items?
No. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to inspect items without disturbing stones. In some rare cases, a stone may be set in

Will You Report My Transaction To The IRS?
No. Jewelry2Cash has no responsibility to report purchases, or parties to whom we purchase, to the IRS. It is solely in your option to report any proceeds if you feel it appropriate to do so.

What About Appraisals?
Appraised values have little to do with an item's worth. They are used solely for insurance purposes and since they are subjective, amounts can vary greatly from one appraiser to another. Often, they can be grossly inflated and many jewelers provide appraisals that are often in their best interest, especially when they sold the items being appraised. However, the information provided on the appraisal will help us to determine a value, so if you do possess one, feel free to share the details with us, so we can provide you with a more accurate Price Quote.
